I decided to make the twins 1st Halloween costume seeing how they are too little to do all that much with the holiday and would not really wear it much. I came across this idea on the Internet using onesies and it was pretty easy to make and did not cost all that much with it being mainly just felt.
Baby Sushi
Salmon Roll
Tuna Roll
Too cute to eat!
This being the first year where Brayden was really into the holiday we let him choose what he wanted to be and of course he went with one of his current obsessions: Buzz Lightyear! One of the greatest things is how much the kids seems to like to give the candy as much as they like to receive it.
To Infinity and Beyond!
Our own lil Buzz Lightyear!
Happy Halloween!
and yes, Brayden was up until almost 11PM until the sugar finally wore off! love this holiday!
Time is flying by...above we have the twins at ONE month and below is their TWO months pic! (let's see if photographing two babies gets any easier with each monthly shoot! trying to get them both awake and happy or smiling at the same time, is not very easy!)
for memory purposes I have to add this photo. one of the things I did not really think about when planning for twins was the amount of bottles we would be dealing with. we are down from 16 bottles a day to 12! if I am not feeding them a bottle then I feel like I am washing bottles! Brayden who def has the cleaning gene is getting really good at washing them too!
so if you asked Brayden what his favorite color is, you would know its Green & Blue. He was psyched when he was able to get a hair cut and they added some green and blue hair paint for fun! (the Mohawk was also temp and just for fun)
Fav photos of Ashton. At two months he is already showing that he is very active (not again!) and is constantly moving and squirming. His arms are very strong and quite feisty when he does not want something. He still prefers to sleep cuddled up with us rather then on his own at night but is doing better and he also seems to be a morning person as he is quite awake first thing in the morning and then tends to sleep a lot of the day. He is a bit of a mamma's boy but I will take it while I can get it! He is full of big smiles lately and is starting to find his voice. Brayden is constantly telling him that "he is my buddy" and I look forward to the day when they can entertain each other and each other's energy!
Here are some fav photos of Brooklynn. At two months she full of smiles and loves to be held. She is the better sleeper of the two at night and will sleep in and then spend most of the day awake. I have described her as a silly baby since she was born and she is still very much that way and loves if you tickle her face and kiss her cheeks. Other then being a bit spoiled at the moment and wanting to be held a lot she is a very good baby and we love her so much! Especially her big brother who is constantly kissing her and rubbing his face in her soft hair. One day he went and pulled out his rocking chair and held out his arms for her and told Mike ..."I will rock her."
