Boston Break

We had a really great view in our room of the Boston harbor and the Boston City outline.  Brayden was napping when we checked in.  Upon waking up in the room, he gets a big smile and says "The Beach House".  "Sure Brayden, if you want to think this is our Beach House - by all means!"

The water taxi which we thought would be a bit bigger of a boat.  The trip over was great as it was still light out and the views were great.  Coming back was a different story.  It was dark and complete fog set in and we were on this little  (fishing type) boat with one other passenger and the captain who had that typical sea man look.

Parker turned two and had his birthday at the Boston Children's Museum.  We also had  Mike's cousin's confirmation  in Boston the day before, so between the two events it was a great excuse to stay over and take a break from our usual and spend some more quality time with Brayden before the babies.

My little character...randoms

Favorites Things that Brayden says or has said lately:
- That will be awesome!
- That will be too great!
- (to his waffle) Oh I missed you buddy!
- Remember last time....
- Girls wear eyebrows (Bras) and boys wear t-shirts
- (response to everything he can't do) When I am bigger I can do that!
- (in church listening to and mimicking the bishop loudly) When the spirit changes
- (commenting on his body in the bath) It's like a hot dog!
- That's tasty!
- I am super fast, you can't catch me!
- "XXX" is in trouble, I have to rescue them (too much Dora & Diego)

from Nursery to Big Boy Room

The original plan was to move Brayden to the "guest" room if our family expanded.  Given the twin expansion we decided to keep him in his room and make the "guest" room the twins room seeing how it is bigger and will better fit two cribs and everything else that will be needed.  So with my mom's help we changed Brayden's decor from a neutral nursery theme to a definite boy's theme.  It seems like just the other day I was setting up the nursery for Brayden...time goes by too fast but we sure are enjoying every minute!
